Hello, I was allocated a teacher i do not like, because the lesson was less than 24 hours away. I cancelled the class, and was charged 0.5 credits. I think I should be given the option to accept or reject.

Thanks for your message. I’m sorry that you were matched with a tutor you didn’t feel comfortable with and decided to cancel the lesson. You can always block tutors in order to be match with them anymore. This article explains how to do it.
