I lost my lesson

Hello, I scheduled a lesson for tody. An instructor first showed up and approx. 2 hours before that she declined the offer. Of course, I canceled it. It’s like not normal to do like that. As a result, I lost this lesson and trust in your booking system.

How do I resolve this problem and avoid similar problems in the future?

Thanks for your message, I’m sorry but Larissa fell ill and couldn’t take your lesson. Our system had just confirmed a replacement tutor when you cancelled the lesson, which is why it deducted a credit for your cancellation.
