Hey @tlcoles, hope you’re enjoying the weekend! I’m reaching out because I saw that the lesson you booked with me tomorrow (Monday) is still “waiting for verification”. Just wanted to make sure that you confirm it, otherwise Chatterbug will automatically cancel the lesson for you.

I reached out to customer service about this issue. My chatterbug lessons are paid for by my employer and reminder emails go to my work account, which I do not check on Sundays, which is when the Monday session reminders go out. They stated that they will lift the “waiting for verification” requirement for me.

Hope it worked this time!

The session was still there when I logged in but I went ahead and found the verification button too. Bis später!
