I wasn’t able to attend the last two lessons due to internet issues. Since the course has already been paid for, I’d like to ask if it’s possible to access the recordings or make up for the missed sessions.

Thanks for your message but I’m sorry to hear that you missed your Live Lessons. A strong, stable internet connection is the main requirement for taking lessons and we have to pay our tutors even if the student fails to appear. You’ll find lots of useful connection tips in this post.
