Conditional present II (irregular)

Watch out, there are a few irregular forms in the conditional tense:
ÊTRE (to be) → Je serais
AVOIR (to have) → J'aurais
ALLER (to go) → J'irais
FAIRE (to do) → Je ferais
POUVOIR (can) → Je pourrais
SAVOIR (to know) → Je saurais
Je serais heureux de vivre ici.
I would be happy to live here.
J'aurais un bel appartement en centre-ville.
I would have a nice apartment in the city center.
J'irais au travail à pied.
I would walk to work.
Je ferais une pendaison de crémaillère.
I would have a housewarming party.
Je pourrais inviter mes amis à dîner.
I could invite my friends over for dinner.
Je saurais bien faire la cuisine.
I would cook well.
