Nous sommes à Chypre et nous étions censés partir en Israël le 18/10
 Nous allons fort probablement annuler ce voyage, bien évidemment

Nos amis vont bien mais vont certainement annuler leur mariage Ă©galement.
Quelle situation terrible! On espĂšre que ça s’amĂ©liorera bientĂŽt mĂȘme si ce n’est pas parti pour :frowning:

Salut Camille! I have my first French lesson with you on the coming Wednesday, so excited :smile:
I had a lesson booked last week with another teacher, but due to app malfunctioning, we couldn’t do the lesson. Just wanted to ask you if you have any suggestions/alternative options for this? I have updated my app and all, but cannot be 100% sure :((

The advice I would give you are:

  • to use Google Chrome on a computer when you have a Live Lesson with Chatterbug. It is by far the best option. Also, make sure to have headphones if you can.

  • You can also check your internet connection before the Live Lesson to make sure you do not have any issue on this side either: https://chatterbug.speedtestcustom.com/
    The recommended speed is 4Mbps in download and 2Mbps in upload, minimums in order to have the lesson in optimal conditions.

  • There are the official recommendations of Chatterbug on the following page in case of a technical problem to connect to you Live Lesson:
    I can’t connect to my Live Lesson

Last time I attempted taking the class using a computer, but it still didn’t work:( Internet speed was also optimal.
I really hope this one works out! Xx

Make sure you are also using an updated version of Google Chrome, that is definitely the best option. There is no reason why it should not work! See you in a few days :smiley:
