Cancelled subscription - lost credits

Hi,

I cancelled my subscription, but I still had remaining credits and I believe I should still be able to use these until my subscription runs out. It shows 0 credits after the cancellation. My subscription expires in 4 days, please could you advise? I’d like to use the last lesson.

I’ve added a new credit to your balance to correct it. It seems at some point you were given a gift credit that suddenly expired when you cancelled you subscription.
