Change payment method

Hello,

I’m trying to change my payment method but I receive the warning message “missing required param: owner.address.country” which is nowhere to be seen in the GUI.

Could you help? The existing credit card will be cancelled soon.

Hi @Mdbs1989, I just took a look at the address you have in your settings and saw that Zurich was written twice, which may have confused things. Please check that your name and address is correct in your settings, and then try adding your new payment method. If it still isn’t working, please write directly to support via the yellow chat box at the bottom right of your Chatterbug home page and we’ll look into it further for you.
