I have only just booked my first lesson which is free but to book it, I had to put in my credit card details.
I am also trying to book a subsequent lesson but I am also being asked for my credit card details again.
However, I am a subscribed member with 5 lessons in credit!

Thanks for your message! I just checked your account and saw you’ve had a couple of lessons and everything is working. We ask for card details in case the student doesn’t show up to their Trial Live Lesson, since we still have to pay our tutors. Just let us know if you need help adjusting your level.
