My credits should renew today, but it appears that not only is there a particular day, there’s also a particular time that the renewal happens? So even though my credits renew today, it doesn’t appear they will renew before my Live Lesson in 30 minutes (my account shows 0 credits). Is there some way to know what time they renew so in the future I’ll know not to book a lesson before that on the first day of the new month?
Hi @onedncr , thanks for the message! I just looked at your account and your payments generally seem to go through between 11:00 and 13:00 CET on the 15th of each month. If you’d like to take a lesson on this day, it’s therefore best to do so late afternoon or evening. I hope that helps! What we can do today as a one-off is shift a credit over for you so the lesson comes out of your new balance. Thanks! I didn’t know it didn’t renew in the morning until I signed on for my Live Lesson at 9am today and noticed I didn’t have any credits. In the future I won’t book lessons in the morning of the renewal day. I appreciate the one-off this time though.
