Chatterbug invoices are generated automatically every time you’re debited for the month’s subscription. By default, your invoices will be issued to your username and contain no full name or mailing address, which may prove tricky if you file taxes or have your language expenses reimbursed by an employer. That’s why we created the option to customize your invoice.
To update your existing invoices and make sure upcoming ones contain the right information, add your full name and address to the required fields and hit the button reading “Update Organization Information”.
If your employer requires you to have the company name and address on the invoice, you can also add this information under the mailing address field.
You can download the updated invoices right away via your payment page.
