I have indeed not released slots for the next upcoming weeks. I have however just added the next 2 weekends and will be updating my in-week availability for October and November at the end of this week, as soon as i have set my new schedule for this fall.

Thank you for your message. It seems like you where assigned a different tutor and that, that tutor didn’t show up in time, so it was not your fault. You will not be charged and can still use that Live Lesson credit. Very much looking forward to speaking to you again soon.

Following up on our previous conversation, do you have any recommendation for books for german grammar and sentence construction? (With a lot of exercises to fill in words and sentences etc.)

After giving it some thought, here are 3 of the books I would recommend:

  1. German Grammar Drills by [Ed Swick]
    It’s simple, straight to the point and consists of many fill in the blancs exercises.

  2. Practice Makes Perfect German Problem Solver by [Ed Swick]
    Older Version, but equally as good, if you want more than one book.

  3. Deutsch Übungsbuch Grammatik A2-B2 by [Susanne Geiger]
    A bit more complex and explanation heavy, but with many great exercises and ways to practice.

I’d be happy to see you next week though, feel free to book a lesson on Monday or Tuesday. I could open an extra slot for you on Tuesday between 10 and 12 am for example.

A lesson between 10-12 on Tuesday sounds great David. Would really appreciate if you could open up a slot then.

I also noticed that you don’t have any appointments available for Thursday or Friday. Are you yet to open them up or are you not available on those days?
