The trial lesson is completely free!!! We only ask for credit card details to prevent a misuse of our system, like students scheduling lessons they don’t intend to attend. But if you take the class on the appointed day and time, the lesson is on us, free of charge!
Why are students charged for not showing up to a booked Live Lesson?
When a trial student fails to show up to their session, we charge the student for the lesson because still have to pay the tutor for their time. They may also have missed out on a booking with another student. And no one likes to be stood up, right?
