I really love AnneMayKantereit and especially this song about the desire one’s have to come back home after living different places :heart_eyes:.

Absolutely @stefdival! It’s nice to lean into the winter blues, but sometimes you just want to listen to your favorite tracks! Great addition! :fire:

@Leocadie @Dorisina @Lari1108 thanks for sharing! AnneMayKantereit never disappoints, Chicago from Clueso fits perfectly to the cold and rainy weather, and Rammstein is a staple of a German rock band! :raised_hands:

Cool, I think I shared a stage once with Laurin, the guitarist (ages ago, with his previous band). Freiburg ist ein Dorf. :sweat_smile:

Great stuff @Germanlady! The VIVA icon in the upper right corner of the “Blumenfeld” hits home! Feeling nostalgic right away. :cloud_with_rain:

Thanks for the videos. I loved the muppet based one. I take it Ommph! Aren’t so keen on children? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Yes, that’s been a while :thinking::roll_eyes:

Yeah maybe @KarenR, but maybe the guys from Oomph have children themselves by now, live in some quiet suburb and don’t allow their kids to watch this video :thinking: :joy:

And another one :wink:

Nice one, as a teenager I had a summer job working in a famous German “Dübelfabrik”. Nostalgia strikes again! :sweat_smile:

Funny, what a coinciedence @Toby :smiley:. So you are actually the “Dübelmann” :wink: ( der Dübel = screw anchor/ wall plug )

@Germanlady :joy: I might be. Even more fitting would be the “Dubelmann”. I’m from South Baden, and we would call somebody a “Dubel” if he acts like a fool.

So better practice your ü-sounds before asking somebody for a wall plug in South-West Germany or Switzerland! You might get nothing but funny looks if you ask for a Dubel… Now when I’m thinking about it, they might give you directions to city hall.:sweat_smile:

I didn"t know that @Toby :rofl: thanks for filling me in :wink:
