how do I hire someone to tutor live online. I thought this platform allowed me to have live discussion tutor sessions.

Yes, you can take Live Lessons through Chatterbug. I see you just started your free trial, this means that you have one free Live Lesson. In order to setup a Live Lesson you can click on the “book your first free lesson” button, as seen below.
After this, if you would like to continue taking Live Lessons then you will need to sign up for a subscription. You can find the pricing at the bottom of the page here.
