Thank you for your question.
You can post comments in a stream only if it is live. Meaning that you can do so BEFORE it starts and DURING it being broadcast.
Once it ends you can’t post any further comments into the chat and it acts like a video. All other functions, including the quiz (found under “Lesson”) will still be available.
