John from USA living in Mexico

Hello there! My name is John. I am currently living in Mexico but I was Raised in Nashua New Hampshire. Then when I turned 15 years old we moved to Kerrville Texas. So my English accent is Northern American and I am very familiar with the western dialect as well. I also speak fluent Spanish and currently trying to learn French.

I am happy to be part of the Chatterbug team! I have been tutoring english online on several platforms for the past 3 years while I study. I am currently studying and training to be a pilot which is a long process. I eventually plan on moving to Europe to live and finish my training there.

More about me: I LOVE music, more specifically producing and playing instruments like my guitar or piano! I also love traveling, which Is why I want to be a pilot! I cant wait to travel the world and meet new people!. Other hobbies I have are Fitness, I love going to the gym, Reading, 12 Rules For Life by Jordan Peterson is a great book, and anything that involves sports and outdoors!

I am very energetic and conversational and at the same time I am very kind and patient. I love seeing people improve and reach their language goals. Being a part in the success in someones life, seeing them reach their goals is why I love tutoring!

I love meeting new people and hope to meet you to as well !
Thank you!

Hi John-
Welcome to Chatterbug! Where exactly are you living in Mexico? I lived in Querétaro for one year and Mexico holds a big piece of my heart still although I moved to Germany one year ago.

Hello! Yes i have been there! I am currently living in Monterrey MX. How is the life in Germany?

Hello John,
nice to see you here at Chatterbug. I learn English. My level is A2. I agree with you, constant practice is a key for improving. Yesterday I heard an English song in the radio and I understood the message! It was the first time in my life and I was surprised and a little bit proud!
Have a good time and stay save!
Ciao Danielaxxx

Hello! I’m from Austria and try to learn English for
1 1/2 year. Cheree told me to try this Live Lesson.
(I couldn’t book her, so i hope you are not too disappointed with my speaking English)
I’m not sure if I’m good enough for it yet. But I’m going to try my best!

Hello Elfe. I am very sorry for our class today. In my area there is bad weather and my power and internet got disconnected last minute. I apologize

I was so nervous! Because I’m still not sure if I’m good enough anyway.:grimacing:
Maybe that’s a hint that I’m not supposed to do a Live Lesson…:rofl:
However, I try it again on Sunday! :grimacing::raising_hand_man:t2:
