I have had “log in” problems in the last couple of sessions. After checking my Video and Sound, when everything was OK to start, there has been no “start” button to click. I once solved it by switching to mobile phone, andother time by log in via an “incognito” tab, but in the last session, nothing worked and I even restarted my computer and logged out and in, but I missed my Live session at the end.

Thanks for your message. I’m deeply sorry about the disruption to your lessons and will of course gift you extra credits for all affected sessions. You’ll be able to use these at any point, since gift credits don’t expire.
The best thing to do if this happens again is wait until either the “Join Lesson” button appears or you’re prompted to refresh.
We doubled our efforts and worked through the weekend to find a fix for the connection issue but it’s still affecting a few users. As such, we’ve brought on more support for the engineering team, who are now rewriting the frontend - a considerable task. Please bear with us while they do this. I know how frustrating it is, and we really appreciate your patience, understanding and loyalty
I promise you we’re working full speed on a fix!
