Hi, I had an issue today with my camera/video not working during a Live Lesson. I don’t think it’s an issue with my computer settings, as the camera works fine with other applications, and right before entering the lesson, I got the “Video connected” with little green light in the Chatterbug interface, but I couldn’t turn it on no matter what I tried. Any help would be appreciated!
I’m sorry this happened to you, it’s true that it’s less fun to do a lesson without a video!

Maybe you didn’t give Chatterbug permission to use your camera? Or maybe you did, but for some reason (a new camera or a new computer, for example) that permission has changed?

Thanks! How would I check whether I’ve given permission? I don’t see anywhere in chatterbug where I could do that. What about testing my video before a class? Can I do that?
