Request for Credit Reinstatement Due to Cancelled Lessons

Dear Chatterbug Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

Two of my scheduled lessons were cancelled by the tutor, and unfortunately, I was unable to book new ones because my two-week trial period has already ended. During this trial, I didn’t have the chance to attend any lessons due to these cancellations.

Could you please reinstate the credits for the cancelled lessons? This would allow me to properly test your service and decide whether to subscribe afterward.

Thanks for reaching out! I’m very sorry that your lesson didn’t take place :disappointed: .
The reason for this is that the tutor canceled the lesson at short notice - he wrote to say he was ill and was unable to tutor.

I’m really sorry that this happened. I’ve gifted you two new credits, so please go ahead and schedule other lessons.
