Hi peeps,
as Quarantine is at its fullest here in Mexico i spend quite some time at home with the little one and am always looking for new recipe inspiration for dinner or lunch time. All kinds of recipes are welcome as I like to experiment different dishes from different countries.

. One needs to keep in mind that in order to fry them and that they are crispy the plantain must be green and not yellow. They are quite easy to make and very yummy
