What happens when your tutor is late or doesn’t turn up to your lesson?
I planned my day around this live lesson and my tutor isn’t here.

Hello @Southy we are really sorry for the inconvenience. We do know our students are motivated and look forward to their lessons. If your tutor doesn’t show up within 10 minutes, the lesson closes automatically, and you will not be charged for this session and an extra credit will automatically be added to your account. Our team is already notified about your lesson, and they are taking a look into what happened
