The lockdowns caused by the pandemic have had a great impact on the routine we had. It is very likely that many of you, like me, have even gained a little weight (gain weight – subir de peso/engordar), and might want to lose it now (lose weight – bajar de peso/adelgazar) which is why I’d like to share with you some super basic activities that we can start doing to slowly get back in shape (get in shape - ponerse en forma).
Depending on where you are, it might be getting cold (and Covid cases might be rising again), so you may want to stay inside and work out at home.
Or, if the hot months are coming, you may want to follow these ideas and make the most of the sunny days.
Whatever you choose, what’s important is to remain active!
