If you join your Live Lesson within 10 minutes of its start time, your lesson will go an as usual for the remaining time.
For e.g. if the lesson starts at 6pm and you join at 6:05, you’ll have 40 minutes of exercises to go through instead of the normal 45-minute session.
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your lesson will automatically close and you’ll be penalized for a missed session according to our missed lesson policy.
The 10-minute grace period also applies to tutors. If they do not join the lesson within 10 minutes of its start time, the lesson will automatically close and you will be refunded for the session accordingly.
