At the end of every lesson, both you and the student rate each other. We ask you about friendliness, sound and video quality, how enjoyable the session was, and if you would like to work with the other party again. If the student would prefer not to have you as a tutor again, they can indicate that and you will simply not be connected in the future.
If one student doesn’t prefer you, it’s not a big deal. If several students wouldn’t prefer to connect again, we’ll contact you and figure out what might be going wrong. The same goes for if you’re getting lower ratings in friendliness or sound/video quality. We can review what’s happening and how we can improve things going forward.
