Tutor cancellation policy
If you don’t show up to the lesson within 10 minutes of the lesson start time, you will not be paid for the lesson. Once the initial 10 minutes are over, you can’t join the Live Lesson anymore and you missed the lesson. This will affect your Tutor Level. If it happens repeatedly your Tutor Level will be lowered and you won’t get as many appointments in the future as we’re not sure if you’ll show up or not. Also, we ask you to explain why you have missed several Live Lessons without canceling beforehand to our Tutor Management Team.
