Ok, this is a tough one: what is your favourite song in Spanish?

I have a million “favourite” songs in Spanish, let’s start with one, Natalia Lafourcade, “Un derecho de nacimiento”:

Natalia Lafourcade is one of the most amazing singers and songwriters in the world :grinning:.
And Soda Stereo is genius as well.

I like a song by Gustavo Cerati, which is actually very good to learn the numbers is Spanish, and it’s very slow as well, “Numeral”:

You guys may know Aterciopelados. I love all the music they make, especially the old ones. But this is my favorite: Maligno.
I just remembered that Andrea Echeverri (Aterciopelados singer) made a great collaboration with Cerati for La Ciudad de La Furia. I also leave the video for that.

Here I introduce you to La Krisis …
A project I did in Madrid when the economic crisis in Spain was precisely established.
It is a comic band of British versions and more … played and sung in Spanish, with the invented lyrics, using the phoneme as it is heard in English and moving to Spanish by the closest word that makes sense. A kind of game, but in the end a letter comes out with a certain sense.

I love Juan Gabriel! Have you ever listened to “Pandora”. It was a girls group and they used to sing all of his songs as well!

I love to see people like so many interesting bands and artists. In my opinion, there are so many cool songs, it’s hard to share just one. But here are some of my favorites:

I’m currently obsessed with María José Llergo. Her voice is great and the lyrics to this song are beautiful. :blush:

I can also recommend COLORS YouTube channel in general. I’ve discovered so many songs in Spanish and other languages.

it’s impossible to choose just one song…
