I’m David from Hamburg, Germany. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Bio-Chemistry at the University of Hamburg, soon transitioning into a Masters at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy.
Through an early contact with the English language, American parents and multiple stays and school attendances abroad, as well as subsequent contact and internships in different countries, i have a very close connection to not only englisch and my native german, but mainly and most importantly people from around the globe.
I’m in frequent exchange with people from different cultures and backgrounds through university programs and private engagements. Namely conservation + space travel advocacy. I know it sounds so nerdy, but trust me it makes for good conversation starters at parties.
I’ve been a private highschool and freshman language and science tutor for 2 years now. Teaching mainly Englisch as well as German.
I’ve studied Spanisch in school and am learning French at the moment, therefore im confident to say that: i know the struggles, ups and downs, but mainly the joys and exhilaration of learning a new language. Slowly being able to masters the first words, then being able to utter sentences and at some point to actually be able to have a conversation.
I hope I can pass on some of this excitement to you. Help you in your quest of learning, studying or mastering a new language and be a accommodating, supportive and thoughtful tutor and teacher on your personal journey
Looking forward to chatting with you soon
