Hello, my student was having difficulty connecting and while i was sending the instructions through I refreshed my page and then the lesson said it had finished and it was only 1 minute in, there was no option to rejoin. What should I do in this case? Thanks!

usually it takes up to 10 minutes to connect both parts and if one of the parts was not able to connect, then the session will be finished. It could be that Edward was able to connect, but it was too late, or the connection wasn’t strong enough.
In these cases you won’t be able to do much afterward because the session was closed. I would recommend you to write the support team directly, so they can check what happened .
