Unable to rejoin lesson with Thomas after exercises stuck in loop

Hi - in the Live Lesson I am currently due to be in, the exercise materials were stuck in a loop of exercises we had already done.

My tutor and I both quit the class and rejoined but I realise now that I actually ended the class and I cannot rejoin it.

How do I 1) rejoin the live class and 2) get the material out of the loop it is stuck in?

Hi @luciemac,

Thanks for your message. You had a Review Lesson with Thomas, please see the message we sent you last week (and/or this post) which explains how to avoid seeing exercises again. Once you’ve ended a lesson it’s not possible to rejoin it, I’m afraid.

The best way to reach the support team is via the yellow chat box, by the way.

Thanks for replying so quickly.

I understand now what has happened.

I was looking for a chat function in the support section but couldn’t see it so wasn’t sure what else to do!

I see it now in the main dashboard
